Find balance and peace in your body and your mind by a gentle yoga practice, meditation and sound. This unique program was offered in a workshop format in a studio before and now is available for the first time in an electronic format professionally recorded to ensure the best possible sound. Now you are able to do this powerful meditation and sound program along with the yoga practice in your own home! The program combines the power of a gentle yoga practice followed by a brief explanation of each chakra, a seated meditation holding a mudra (hand gestures that are thousands of years old and are proven to be a powerful addition for balancing the chakras) as well as affirmations. The second part of the meditation includes the sound of a healing instrument and at times a chant chosen to balance the particular chakra.

What are Chakras?
Our bodies are more than just physical. Based on Eastern traditions, there are energy fields present in our bodies from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These energy fields are called Chakras (Sanskrit word for “wheels”). There are 7 major Chakras present in the body. By balancing these Chakras, you balance your body and your mind.
